November Kickstarter/Preorder Updates

Hello everyone!

In case you have missed our recent Kickstarter updates, here are links to each with a very quick TL:DR version under the link:

• Asia: VFI has completed fulfillment
• Aus/NZ: VR has the products and customer list. No timeline has been given, but we hope it will be soon.
• Canada: Boardgame Bliss has started to ship these out
• EU/UK: UK shipments are heading to their UK hub. Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Croatia: Packing is complete. They will be sending out the pallet to the hub in the Czech Republic by the end of next week. Rest of the EU: Completed and picked up by the courier.
• US: Greater than Games has a little over 100 orders that have not yet been sent. They are working on getting these out as quickly as possible. In addition, there were several backers who were sent tracking information but no product was actually sent. Greater than Games has realized their error and will get those rewards packaged together and sent out. You will be sent new tracking information.

• AUS/NZ: VR has the products and customer list. No timeline has been given, but we hope it will be soon.
• Canada: Boardgame Bliss has started to ship these out

• US: Although no timeline has been given, the games will not start shipping until at least Nov 7.

PREORDERS for Champions of Midgard products

• We are now more than halfway through our 1,100 preorders is the good news! We're excited for people to get these items into their hands, and are working hard to get the remaining orders shipped out. 

If you are a Rest of World Backer for Any of The Above Projects: 

• These packages are personally packed and sent by us from our St. Louis headquarters. And by us, I mean the lone employee located in St. Louis, our CEO. He is getting as many orders as he can out the door while also handling the day to day running of the company. With the number of orders he is taking care of, it is quite likely that this will take until the end of November to complete.

Additionally, if you've backed one of the above crowdfunding projects, we wanted to share this note Aldo Ghiozzi, the Founder of Impressions.

"Thank you in advance to everyone who has supported the Kickstarters from Grey Fox Games. Our company, Impressions, handles the wholesale and distribution services for Grey Fox in addition to coordinating the fulfillment of your Kickstarter via our sister company, Greater Than Games. Both companies are owned by Flat River Group, thus, we share and cross pollinate at times —- as is this case with your Kickstarter. Please know that as part of working with Grey Fox, I personally told them we could handle this project in a much shorter period of time. Fortunately/Unfortunately, there are now just an abundance of projects. Between the lack of finding more team members to hire constantly and the sheer unforeseen volume of nearly every project, we are very much behind and this should not reflect poorly against Grey Fox. I know this is not the best answer, but please know our teams are working longer than normal hours to get things caught up with all our Kickstarter clients. Apologies to all."

If you missed the previous update essentially our warehouse staff is an army of one, and it's our owner. He's working as hard as possible to get caught up, and while we are making headway, it's taking some time to get any web order or parts replacement out the door. We assure you we will get your order out as quickly as possible, and we greatly appreciate your patience as we work through this transition period, but it will unfortunately take longer than typical to get you what you're waiting for.

If you're waiting on a preorder (from our website) for one of the above games, be advised that preorders on the website will be sent out once fulfilment of the crowdfunding campaigns have been completed. So stay in the loop on those campaigns to have an idea when your preorder will ship!

If you're waiting on a replacement part or a parts request, you should expect an 8-12 week delay on getting your replacements at this point. We hope it won't take that long, but we want to properly set your expectations, and hope to exceed those expectations rather than give you a better sounding timeline and disappoint you.
