Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). If the return is not as a result of our error, you will be responsible for any shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping

  • We use the most cost-effective shipping option for international orders. It provides "tracking" to the post office of the destination (not to the final destination).
  • Once your package arrives at your local post office, if the package is lost between the office and final delivery, you have two options: we will happily ship again if you are willing to pay the additional postage, or we can issue you a refund minus the shipping cost.
  • Your government may decide to assess VAT/customs fees on the package, and there's nothing we can do to avoid that. We do not pre-pay your VAT or customs fees, nor are they included in your shipping costs.
  • Unless requested in your order notes, we will include an invoice with your order.
  • All of our products leave our facility in perfect condition and are packed to insure no damage happens.  As such, we do not re-ship due to box or tray damage. At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund.
